Your host Karen has a small craft studio
adjacent to the apartment. She calls it The
Fabric Box because initially she made
authentic fabric covered boxes to contain
such things as jewelry, trinkets, nick-knacks
and keepsakes. More latterly, she has
branched into making Christmas decorations,
placemats, coasters and door stops, all with
a fabric covering. Most recently, she has been
making button necklaces.
Most of Karen’s items are for sale but as it is
only a hobby she is unable to make to order.
